PAYMENT

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings are processed through VRBO or Airbnb.

Additional Fees:

Damage Deposit:   $300

Cleaning Fee:         $350

​

​

VRBO: refunds the damage deposit fee 7 days after check-out.

Airbnb: Will only remove the deposit from your account at our request.

The cleaning fee is final.

 

Full refund if canceled within 48 hours from booking time.

50% refund if canceled 14 days from the arrival date.

OTHER

Minimum age of primary renter:             25

Maximum Occupancy:                          16
